Keira Masters is the metalsmith and maker behind Of Myth and Matter, a handcrafted jewelry studio rooted in Butte, Montana. Her work exists at the meeting place of ancient symbolism, natural materials, and human experience — shaped into objects meant to be lived with rather than merely worn. Drawing from myth, ecology, and archetypal tradition, she creates one-of-a-kind and small-batch pieces in sterling silver, gold, brass, copper, and responsibly sourced stones, using traditional metalsmithing techniques and an intuitive design process developed over more than twenty years. The work grew from a lifelong pull toward stone, metal, symbol, and story, and a belief that adornment can be more than decoration. The earth begins the story. Keira shapes the middle.
